Mary's training is in organisational behaviour and psychology. She uses her expertise to drive strategic change with her clients enabling them to transform and thrive.

 

With over 20 years of consulting experience, Mary has worked with a range of clients to deliver large scale business change programs and transformations, as well as innovative solutions across all aspects of the employee engagement life cycle. Her work has included mergers and acquisitions, digital and technology transformations, culture alignment and change programs, operating model and organisation design, new/modern ways of working, leadership development, career coaching, talent management and outplacement services.

Mary is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology - major in Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts - majors in Psychology & Research Methods. 

 

Mary is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) certified practitioner. She is also accredited in: SAFe, DDI Job Analysis, DDI Assessor, DDI Targeted Selection Interviewing, MHS Bar-On Emotional Intelligence EQi, and various other occupational and psychological assessments.
